Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
